Refund Policy

We kindly ask our guests to review the terms below before making a reservation or purchasing tickets for our dining experiences.

  • 1. Reservations

  • Standard table reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the booking, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable).

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • 2. Ticketed Dining Experiences & Special Events

  • All prepaid tickets for dinner experiences, tasting menus, and special events are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another guest’s name at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the event.

  • In case of no-show, the full ticket price will be retained

  • 3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Guests are requested to inform us of any allergies or dietary needs before arrival. We cannot guarantee accommodations without prior notice.

  • 4. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a reservation or dining experience, guests will receive the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
