Refund Policy
We kindly ask our guests to review the terms below before making a reservation or purchasing tickets for our dining experiences.

1. Reservations

Standard table reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the booking, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable).

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

2. Ticketed Dining Experiences & Special Events

All prepaid tickets for dinner experiences, tasting menus, and special events are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest’s name at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 24 hours prior to the event.

In case of no-show, the full ticket price will be retained

3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Guests are requested to inform us of any allergies or dietary needs before arrival. We cannot guarantee accommodations without prior notice.

4. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a reservation or dining experience, guests will receive the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
